- Organized the Annual Spelling Bee competition sponsored by the North-South Foundation
- Organized the highly popular India Fest event for the last four years that brought significant recognition to the community.
Officially represented the Indian community at World Fest-2004, organized by the Diversity Committee of the Peoria Civic Center Authority. IASP will also represent the Indian community at World Fest-2005.
Partnered with the Rotary Club of Peoria in January 2004 to host a fund-raiser benefiting children’s education.
Organized a fund-raiser for the Society for the Prevention of Abuse in Peoria.
In general, IASP will continually seek opportunities to enhance collaborative efforts between Indians and the larger Peoria community that enhance the quality of life culturally, socially, and politically.
